General Camping Reservation Form

Located in the heart of the beautiful & historic Nicola Valley, our rodeo grounds are set on the edge of the city of Merritt. The grounds are ideal to hold a variety of outdoor events, with lots of room for camping, including a limited number of RV power connections.

Site Terms and Conditions:

1. The cost is $20 without power or $30 with 30A RV Power. The full amount is due and payable at time of reservation.
2. A full refund will be paid if cancelled more than 3 days before stated arrival date. 1/2 the amount will be refunded if then cancelled up to midnight before day of arrival.
3. You will be assigned a site number after registration and notified of same.
4. Please leave your site clean when you go. Nicola Valley Rodeo Association is a non-profit organization. We rely on the generosity of our members & volunteers to maintain the rodeo grounds.

NOT VALID FOR PRO RODEO WEEKEND CAMPING

Please Note: Reservations for Merritt HSR will close at midnight on Wednesday, September 25.
